    I have consistently rated 肖恩 托雷斯 the highest ratings on these questions. She really does spend a lot of time with me explaining checking for understanding providing information I can actually use.

    My Dr came right on concerned about the issues and symptoms of my condition and was sure of what treatments I need very understanding and clear to correct anything that 我是 not sure about and answered any questions. 我放心了，感到很舒服. Looking forward for my follow up appointments.

    This is about the 3rd or 4th in-person visit with 肖恩 and she consistently exemplifies all of the great things about communication and empathy with me. In one Issue where we needed to decided "treat or not to treat" we had a good dialog about the pros and cons. Another was exploring why a certain test result was so different from previous results. I appreciated talking through different factors which ultimately led to a stronger understand of what happened. I will add that I did take a bit more time with her and she was very good at needing to move on to her other patient.

    Dr. 托雷斯 is an amazing physician who really demonstrated all of the great communication skills and compassion that I haven't had in a long time from a 初级护理 Physician. I felt that she really looked at the whole picture of what was going on with me in a thoughtful way shared and validated her Insights & 在整个访问过程中，我一直在假设.     Dr. 托雷斯 is a wonderful doctor -- I wish I could rate her higher than merely "Very 好."     Provider did not discuss whether there are other options than sending me to the ER. In hindsight I would have taken a wait and see approach
